This is the best lifeline I’ve used and well worth the additional cost over competitors. The prusik slides freely then immediately bites into the line when needed. Others take more effort to loosen and need a sharp pull to set, otherwise they stay loose. Also, the cowbell does a good job of quieting the carabiner.
Unfortunately, mine was stolen, so I’ll need another.
Bought this platform this spring and have used it less than 10 times and the threading for the leveling bolt is completely stripped so it can’t be adjusted. Steel bolt on aluminum threads isn’t a great design. If not for that issue I’d give this platform 5 stars.
