The worst instructions I have ever seen

I ordered the lineman’s climbing rope on Amazon. It came in the reflective pattern. I called Hunter safety system and they simply return it for a new. They were really great over the phone. Super nice. Customer service helped me out perfectly and I received my package.

I ordered the HSS linemen’s climbing rope however when I received my package I was not sent the standard green color like as advertised. They sent me a reflective color and I can’t even find that on HSS website. Just know if you order this product there’s a chance that they cannot send the green. They’ll send a black and yellow reflective pattern and I’m gonna see if I can return mine for the standard of green color like as advertised in the picture and doesn’t even give you an option for reflective or non-reflective pattern
