This is my second one of these. My old one has hit its recommended expiration expiration date. So I was lucky enough to get another one new from old stock that Hunter Safety system had still.

Made well. . . Comfortable. . . Great for a mobile setup
I got this one this year. . . Small Medium i am 5 10 about 145 and fits great . . . i had a hss crossbow one before and another muddy one and bother worked as they should. . but I use a summit open shot climber and I like to keep my gear in a trunk and get dressed when i get to the spot outside of my car or truck. . . so this vest was awesome for me. . . vest/harness is what it is. . . it has a nice a mount of sweet pockets and loops and hooks and what not. . . which that allowed me to do what i like to do and normally i would do it with my slumber jack vest pack but with this I was able to hook up and store my range finder. . . my grunt call. . . my retracable rope for pulling up my crossbow and anything else that I needed all right in the harness/vest . . . so when i get to where i am parking and hunting i just toss this on and all my gear is there. . . its a very simple setup with the safety that anyone would need using a climber. . . its def is the most comfortable harness that i have ever owned. . . and for the sale price i am buying a 2nd one so I would recomend this to anyone that gets the correct size. . . not very heavy and very well made with enough pockets and loops to help anyone store gear without the possiblity of loosing t! We absolutely love the Hunter Safety System Lifelines! The quality is excellent, and you can tell it’s made to hold up season after season. One feature I especially appreciate is that the prusik knot doesn’t automatically slide down on its own. It stays where you put it, which makes using the lifeline much easier and gives me confidence while climbing.
We would definitely recommend to other hunters.

Great products I’ve been wearing the same harness and using the same ropes that I won in a contest 15 years ago at least and I’ve never fallen and never had know whether that would hold me or not but I sure feel safe when I’m tied into that tree with that heavy rope and that heavy harness everyone needs to wear one the ground is hard on your body and you may not come back from it HSS is all ever worn so I’ll say they’re the best.
